Dr Adesola Lajide is the Managing Director of Smartlaj Centre for Health Planning and Research. He currently works as a physician, clinical epidemiologist, and bio-statistician in Oyo state, a state in southwestern Nigeria.

He has extensive experience in the development of advocacy strategies and community mobilization efforts, to ensure effective and efficient implementation of planned health programs. He holds two degrees, obtained from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria; M.B B.S, and M.Sc Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
